About Ren Sei

Our school's mission is to spread Aikido, seeking to maintain the technical and human quality in each Dojo and in each practitioner who is part of it, encouraging us to connect with the true development that this art proposes.

"Sincere Practice, that is the goal of our practice"

This vision is synthesized in the meaning of the expression Ren Sei.

Ren (練) is Practice and Sei (誠) Sincere, that is the objective of our practice, to maintain that essence that Aikido has as an art of personal improvement, putting that sincerity in the practice as its main axis to get rid of any other type of interest. This name arises from a conversation with Shigemi Inagaki Sensei about what to call our school. It was he who suggested this name to us, which is extracted from a Doka (didactic poems written by teachers to instruct their students) by O'Sensei.

Our objective is to transmit the essence of this Martial Art both directly to practitioners in regular classes, as well as through the organization of seminars, courses and workshops. For this purpose, emphasis will be placed on the training of instructors who take this discipline to different corners of our country.
